About the founder
Linda C. Aksland was the broker Owner of Aksland Real Estate for nearly 40 years. She started this business in 1981 at the age of 35 and ran it dutifully until she retired in 2020. She was a pillar in the community, and in those 40 years she became an industry leader in the Central Valley. She served on the Manteca area realtors Board of Directors, was on the Pumpkin Fair Committee, the Manteca Mural Society, and so much more.
Linda's work and service to Manteca and it's citizens has not gone unnoticed. She was the person people could turn to and rely on when they needed advice and honesty. She donated to charities in Manteca and the surrounding areas, all while insisting her donations not be made public. Linda never met a stranger; she made friends everywhere she went and built relationships and connections that persevered through the years.
Linda passed July 25, 2024. However, her vision did not. Her legacy and business lives on and thrives through her son, Jeff.
Jeffrey and Romey Aksland
Jeffrey Aksland DRE# 01390185 is the current owner and broker of Aksland Real Estate, together with his wife Romey, they keep the business running smoothly.
Jeff worked with his mother, Linda, for 25 years. Shortly after returning from his time in the military, Jeff would join his mother's business and begin to learn the art of the trade. Together, they fostered a healthy and thriving business, and she taught him how to be a realtor. Over the years, Linda passed the torch to her son, and with Romey's accounting expertise, Jeff and Romey took over the family business.
Jeff and Romey, during their 20 years of marriage, have raised 3 children and welcomed 3 beautiful grandchildren.
Romey is the head of accounting, a licensed realtor since 2005, and a mother of 3. She covers everything from bills to handling money, and she does it with grace and speed. She embodies the spirit of Aksland Real Estate and keeps the dream alive.
Together, they are a powerhouse of efficiency and professionalism.

Monica Gonzalez is a dedicated and highly skilled member of the Aksland Real Estate INC. team. With 15 years of experience in real estate and outstanding people skills, she brings professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care to every client interaction.
Incredibly smart, talented, and hardworking, Monica became a licensed real estate agent in 2021. She is a fantastic communicator and a tremendous asset to our office—always ready to provide clear information and responsive support. Fluent in Spanish, she is especially valuable for Spanish-speaking clients and families navigating the buying, selling, or rental process.
